hi Amit this is Anthony and recently i have purchased bike in Delhi and got RC,Insurance,under my name,but now i wanna take bike to my home town Guwahati however to apply for NOC i dont have my home town address proof....like voter ID,bank passbook etc so can i apply for court affidavit which will be mention my home town address for to get NOC from Delhi RTO....
